The decimated New York Giants offense took another hit in warm-ups when wide receiver Sterling Shepard struggled with his hamstring injury.

Shepard figured to see the most targets with Kenny Golladay and Kadarius Toney among the injured receivers, but with the receiver now inactive, attention will turn to Darius Slayton, Devontae Booker and others.

Shepard entered Sunday morning ranked WR35 by The Action Network fantasy football consensus rankings with Slayton coming in at WR48. Following the news that Shepard was inactive, Slayton was bumped to WR41 in standard scoring leagues. That's ahead of similar receivers Bryan Edwards, Quez Watkins and Kalif Raymond.

Someone has to catch the ball. That figures to be Slayton and tight end Evan Engram. Engram is TE16 in our rankings.

Booker is RB12 in the rankings as the team will be without Saquon Barkley once again.

On the year, Shepard has 28 catches in four games for 299 yards and a score. Slayton has been inactive for each of the last three weeks, but caught seven balls for 127 yards in the first three games of the year.

With Barkley out last week, Booker carried the ball 12 times and caught another four passes in a 38-11 loss to the Los Angeles Rams.

The Giants are a 3-point underdog at home against the Carolina Panthers with a total of 43, so it's not expected to be a high-scoring game. Find real-time betting odds here.
